(More customer reviews)The flagpole works as expected.I got this item based on the popularity of it with 2 organizations that I am a member of.As with other people that have and use them the poles have there own quirks. Most of the time the pole extends and contracts easily.Other times at least one of the extensions doesn't want to cooperate.The simplest solution I would have is to use an old pair of those rubber dishwashing gloves and cut them down to the length of regular hand gloves.This will drastically improve your grip in releasing the stuck section.There are a bunch of other solutions that are out there, I just went with the cheapest.
